BIKINI FITNESS MODEL
2 rounds- bikini round and evening gown
Description
Nice toned and shapely body with small waist, carrying just enough body fat to avoid muscle separation. There should be no visible 6 pack abs but still maintaining a flat and toned midsection.
Legs should be toned with no cellulite
Judging Guidelines
Body is judged with emphasis on shape, symmetry and overall conditioning. Other factors include stage presence, confidence, glamour and posing. Contestants should present themselves in a classy and elegant fashion.
Round 1: Bikini
Attire
Two piece bikini (not g-string) in any fabric with crystals and jewels.
Stage jewellery of choice can be worn as long as not distracting.
A classy style of shoe is recommended- which does not have to be a clear heel- 5″ heel is the maximum height suggested
Stage Walk
Each contestant will come on to the stage individually performing a T-walk and then remaining on stage.
In the comparison round, 4 quarterly turns will be performed; front, side, back and opposite side.
Round 2: Evening Gown Round
Attire
Fitted floor length classy evening gown.
Stage Walk
A runway style presentation one at a time and then in one line for comparison.
Judging Guidelines
Judged on elegance, poise, confidence, class and beauty.
WELLNESS FIGURE
1 round- bikini
Description
A good amount of muscular development including but not limited to, 6 pack abs capped shoulders and back definition and muscular legs and well developed glutes. Good tone and condition showing muscle separation in upper body but not lower body and being slightly less lean than the figure international competitor. Emphasis on full round muscles with excellent balance and symmetry.
Judging Guidelines
Wide shoulders, V shape big back and small waist while having a fuller and slightly less lean condition than a figure international competitor. Symmetry and fullness in muscle groups are a major judging factor for wellness figure competitors. Stage presence and confidence of a model. Overall model appearance with a good amount of muscle.
Attire
Round 1
Two-piece figure stage bikini that attaches the bikini top straps to the bottoms. Can be of any fabric, colour and crystals. Any jewellery of your choice can be worn as long as not distracting, along with a classy style of shoe, which does not have to be a clear heel- 5″ heel is the maximum height recommendation
Stage Walk
Each contestant will come on to the stage individually performing a T-walk and then remaining on stage.
In the comparison round, 4 quarterly turns will be performed; Front, side, back and opposite side. A comparison round of quarter turns may follow for the top contenders.
Best Life Transformation
Your transformation can be anything from weight loss, weight gain, drastic health improvements, recovery from an illness or accident. Anything which has taken strength, determination and a will to make changes and improvement in health, wellness and quality of life.
The transformation must have taken place between 2018- 2019.

This is a celebration of your health and fitness journey
On judging day each person will come on to the stage one by one and present to the audience and judges the new you! At the same time your before and after photo will be on the big screen and the MC will share highlights from your journey.
Entry Requirements:
1. Before and After Photo
The photo should include a date-stamp or newspaper etc to support the period, please also include your bodyweight and measurements and any blood work displaying positive changes in bio markers
2. Your Transformation Story
We want to know about your journey and what it has meant to you and what you have overcome.
Please submit an essay describing your transformation in 300-500 WORDS.
3. Answer Each of the Following Questions in Less Than 200 Words
Q1. Describe how your lifestyle has changed since the beginning of your transformation.
Q2. Describe the highs and lows.
Q3. What inspired you to enter this competition?
Q4. How do you plan to maintain these changes?
Judging Criteria:
1. Stage Presence
Judges will assess how confidently you display the new you! While it may not be the final finishing point of your journey, be very proud of your achievement to date.
2. Weight Change (if applicable)
This will be worked out as a percentage of overall weight lost.
*Note in the case of a medical condition or someone recovering from anorexia this may be weight gain. Enter your starting and finishing weight and measurements when you submit your entry
3. Stage Attire
Your choice of smart dress or evening gown; most importantly the outfit you choose needs to show off the new you in the best way possible.
NOTE
Judges will assess the before/after photos and transformation stories during the lead up week of the show, so photos and transformation stories must be in as part of your entry by latest Thursday 28th November. Only your stage presentation will be scored on the contest day – so wow the audience!
